Kalpana Siva joined the team in 2021 as a Senior Associate. Prior to joining the team, she was a Senior Associate with Boyne Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm focusing on the lower middle market. Prior to that, Ms. Siva worked in management consulting at Deloitte.

Ms. Siva received a BS in Neuroscience and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Healthcare from the College of William and Mary.
